WOYWW #184

Again I'm posting my desk so everyone around the world look at it and see what I'm doing or not doing. Well my desk today is cleaner than usual. I finished a project of making Christmas cards for my RV group and have already given them to my friends.  On my desk now is the 3 boxes I made to hold the Santa Keys I purchased from Michaels to give to my Granddaughters so Santa can come in because they do not have a chimney. So come along with me as I go around the world to other crafters desk to see what's going on.  This challenge is brought to us by Julia over at Stamping Ground. So just go over and see!

These are the Santa Claus key boxes
This is one of the boxes with the key inside. I lined the box with felt. This box was made with medium weight chipboard bottom and the top is pattern Christmas paper. This the the little reindeer above.

Thanks everyone for your comments and those that just look thanks for your visits.

Aww! Those Santa keys are such a great idea--and your boxes are sooo cute!! I make Christmas boxes for my little nephews and put in lots of goodies for them--I need to get some of those keys at Michaels to tie to the outside of their boxes! Your desk is wonderfully busy--I love it. Happy WOYWW! Sandy Leigh #96

Oh what a lovely idea. We had fairies that lived in a cupboard that used to open the door for santa!
Thanks for stopping by mine

What a great idea for the children and clever to discuise. We just leave the door open here because the weather is usually beautiful but I suppose you cant do it where you are. I live in Australia so the weather is usually hot.. LOL

Ok I love the keys idea. I always tell my kids Santa uses magic to get into homes without chimney's. But the boxes are so cute and they would love that.

Oh thank you so much for sharing such a great project.

Come play on my blog when you are free.
