What's on Your Workstation Wednesday #177
So this is what I'm working on. I was at a retreat this weekend and I was given a Stampin' UP! and in that book I saw a card that I liked and I began to try to make it. Well it didn't work there so I look again at it and tried it again at home and 2nd picture is what I came up with hopefully I will finish it this week. Thanks for looking at my blog and your comments. I will make my blog hopping tonight.

Myrtle Beach Retreat
Myrtle Beach Retreat |
Just getting back from a fantastic weekend in Myrtle Beach, SC. I went down on Friday afternoon and we scraped into the wee hours in the morning. More like 3:30 am. Got up the next day my roomie and I and went to breakfast or rather brunch around 11:30 am well closer to 12:00 but we still had breakfast at Cracker Barrel. We left there with the help of WAZE (a navigation app on my roomie's phone) and went to ACM. Myrtle Beach ACM is much better than mine. May have to go back to pay them a visit soon. We got back to the retreat and scraped again until 3 am again.
Here are a few of the pictures of our weekend.

WOYSW #176
Another Wednesday is upon us. I'm a little late posting today. I had to keep my 2 year old granddaughter today because I think she might have picked up a 24 hour virus. So, I'm just getting a chance to put up my WOYSW. I'm participating again this week with Julie over at Stamping Ground. This is so cool you get to go around the world and see what everyone has on there desk and what they are working on. So Amazing!!
Thanks Julie for this opportunity.
Thanks to all that visit my site and leave comments.

WOYWW #175
Well, again I show you my desk for the challenge offered to us over at the Stamping Ground. Go visit her and play along. Since last week I've finished several projects mailed them yesterday and continue to work on my Tim Holtz smash book. I really have 2 of them started. One of them is for my trip to Florida to his class, which was just so amazing and the other is some random smash and techniques learned along the way. Oh, I have started getting into Dylan Reavers Dylusions ink sprays. They are really fantastic. Not like the other sprays. These seem to take to paper better for some reason. The color I used that is showing in the picture is London Blue.

Whats On Your Workdesk Wednesay
Monday, October 1, 2012
Oh! Tim was on his 'A Game'
Sunday evening, 2:30 pm to be exact, I was in Wildwood, rather The Villages at She Scrapbooks store. Tim Holtz was there teaching classes. I was blessed to have the opportunity to be in his class. We did the 'configuration box'. He supplied everything we need, paper (already cut and scored), tissue tape in the tape dispensers, inks, applicators, stains, glue, glossy accent, Claudine Hellmuth studio matte & glossy multi-medium. We were surrounded with ephemera, trinkets, all kinds of objects to put in our box. The class was so overwhelming that I couldn't finish it in class, I wasn't the only one that didn't get to finish it but we got to bring all our great stuff with us. Here are some pictures not the finish item yet. Stay tune for the finished box.
This where the Tim Holtz classes were held. |
